Part 1 - As a first time home buyers everything seems confusing. Well it did for us, anyway. Our real estate agent pressured us to put an enlarged offer on a place we only "kind of" liked (which already had multiple offers on it). We knew then, she wasn't right for us. So we let her go. Now, finding ourselves with more questions than answers and no real estate agent to turn to, things got pretty scary. Then, we were referred to Shalimar. She sat us down and got to know us.
